When Can I Get a Refund?
If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we may, at our discretion, provide a free reprint. Any issues must be reported to us via email at info@pscprint.co.uk within seven days of receiving your order. Please include your job reference number in the subject line to help us resolve your query as quickly as possible. Additionally, we’ll need photographic evidence of the issue to assess the situation, consult our technical team if necessary, and possibly request a return of your order.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
If we have approved a refund we’ll notify you via email. Refunds are typically processed within 30 days of confirmation.
What If My Item Arrives Damaged?
We take great care in packaging your items, but occasionally damage may occur during transit. If the packaging is damaged, please accept the delivery from the courier and note on the provided document that you’ve accepted the package subject to inspection. If you find damage to the contents upon opening, contact our Customer Service team at info@pscprint.co.uk so we can arrange a reprint.
