We encourage you to carefully review the PSC Print General Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). These Terms and Conditions outline the rules for accessing, using, and placing orders on pscprint.co.uk, including its mobile platforms and applications (referred to as the “Site”). They also govern the provision and sale of products and services by PSC Print and its affiliates or fulfillment providers, as applicable (“PSC Print,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By ordering from PSC Print you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions as they stand at the time of your purchase. Additional details, such as the registered address of PSC Print can be found on the right hand side of this page and in the privacy policy.
These Terms and Conditions also apply to all offers and agreements established between PSC Print and its customers across any of its sites accessible via links in the site, unless explicitly stated otherwise. We also have additional policies that complement these Terms and Conditions, including our privacy policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.
1. Applicability
1.1. By using this Site, its tools, applications, or any PSC Print service, you accept these Terms, including our Privacy and Cookie Policy, Product-Specific Terms, and any additional rules, guidelines, or restrictions posted for specific sections or features (“Additional Terms”). Together, these terms and conditions form the complete agreement between you and PSC Print, replacing any prior agreements, communications, or representations.
1.2. If you are using this Site on behalf of an organization, business, or other entity, you confirm that you are authorized to agree to these Terms on their behalf and legally bind them to comply.
1.3. All offers, transactions, and agreements involving PSC Print products and services through this Site are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
1.4. Any terms proposed by the customer or a third party acting on behalf of the customer are expressly rejected, even if PSC Print does not formally oppose them.
1.5. These Terms do not govern products or services ordered through third parties, such as PSC Print’s affiliates, resellers, or partners. In such cases, the separate terms agreed upon with that third party will apply.
1.6. PSC Print reserves the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions or the content of the Site at any time without prior notice. We recommend reviewing these Terms whenever you visit the Site.
2. Your Account
2.1. To place an order online or access certain features and services on this Site, you must create a PSC Print account. We provide a single sign-on system, enabling you to log in and use your credentials across our associated services, including design tools and templates. Please refer to the “Your Account” section in our PSC Print Account Terms for more information.
2.2. Customers are solely responsible for all activities conducted through their PSC Print accounts. You must safeguard your login credentials, including passwords, and control access to your account. If you grant another individual access to your account, whether in your business or household, to place an order or manage your account, you remain accountable for any actions or transactions conducted through it.
3. Terms of Sale
All offers and promotions on our Site are non-binding and subject to product availability and confirmation of your order. PSC Print reserves the right to decline any order without providing a reason. A binding agreement between you and PSC Print is only established upon receipt of an email confirmation of your order.
4. Materials for Limited Use
4.1. This Site features graphics, templates, photographs, artwork, text, fonts, logos, audio, video, and other content (“Content”) that is the intellectual property of PSC Print or its licensors. All rights to this Content are reserved worldwide.
4.2. Any use of Content, including copying, modifying, distributing, publishing, or licensing, is strictly prohibited unless expressly allowed in these Terms.
4.3. PSC Print retains the right to modify, add to, or remove any Content on this Site without prior notice. Any changes to Content made by you using our tools remain the property of PSC Print and its licensors.
4.4. Our design tools utilize elements such as templates, fonts, color schemes, and images. PSC Print may continue to offer these design elements to others. You do not acquire exclusive rights to any design created using these tools, and other users may produce similar designs.
4.5. PSC Print does not guarantee that designs created using our tools and Content do not infringe on third-party rights. It is your responsibility to ensure your designs comply with trademark and copyright laws.
5. Use of the Site and Content
5.1. You are permitted to access and use the Site and Content solely for evaluating, designing, and ordering products or services through PSC Print. Downloading, distributing, or using Content outside of the supplied products is prohibited.
5.2. You agree to use the Site responsibly and in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws, including export and import regulations.
5.3. Customers must comply with all applicable trade laws, sanctions, and restrictions as defined by international and national authorities, including the UN, EU, UK, and US.
5.4. Customers warrant that they are not subject to sanctions or acting on behalf of sanctioned entities and will not transfer products to restricted regions such as Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or Crimea.
6. Restrictions on Use
6.1. You may not:
(a) Sub-license, rent, resell, or transfer rights to any Content.
(b) Use Content for unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or inappropriate purposes.
(c) Violate intellectual property rights or privacy laws.
(d) Use Content to imply endorsements or associations without permission.
6.2. PSC Print reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or suspend accounts if the Site or its services are misused.
6.3. By placing an order, you confirm that you have all rights to the submitted materials and authorize PSC Print to copy, modify, and distribute them as required for production.
7. Delivery, Title, and Risk
7.1. Products will be delivered to the specified address after full payment is received. Delivery dates are estimates and subject to change.
7.2. PSC Print may deliver products in installments. Each installment constitutes a separate transaction, and delays do not affect other installments.
7.3. Risk and title transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7.4. For digital products, delivery occurs once the product is sent electronically or made available for download.
7.5. You must inspect all products upon delivery and report any defects within 14 days. Consumers have up to 2 months to report issues if inspected promptly.
8. Right of Withdrawal
8.1. Custom-made products are not eligible for cancellation or return unless defective. Non-customized products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
8.2. Customers wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal must contact PSC Print with order details. Returns are at the customer’s expense.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify PSC Print, its licensors, and employees against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of uploaded materials.
10. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Site and its Content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. PSC Print is not responsible for errors, interruptions, or inaccuracies in the Site or Content.
10.2. PSC Print disclaims liability for third-party services accessed through the Site.
10.3. Consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded by law still apply. Where applicable, PSC Print limits remedies to replacement or repair of products.
10.4. PSC Print is not liable for errors in design or materials submitted by customers.
11. Limitation of Liability
PSC Print is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its Site, services, or products. Liability is limited to the cost of replacing the affected product or service.
12. Feedback
Feedback submitted to PSC Print is non-confidential and becomes the property of PSC Print, which may use it without restrictions.
13. Privacy and Cookies
PSC Print’s Privacy Policy outlines how personal information is collected, stored, and processed.
14. General Terms
Users must be 18 years or older or have parental permission to use the Site.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
15.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be resolved in Amsterdam courts.
15.2. Consumer rights under local law remain unaffected.
15.3. Disputes may be resolved via the EU’s online dispute resolution platform.
